Conto: A Ira de Deus

O detetive Lucas Moreira era uma figura única na delegacia. Negão de médio porte, com um black power que destoava das cabeças raspadas de seus colegas, ele era visto como a ovelha negra — e não apenas pela cor da pele. Cínico, sarcástico, dono de um humor ácido e sempre com um cigarro pendurado no canto da boca, Lucas fazia questão de manter distância das formalidades. Seu estilo era o de quem sabia que a vida jogava sujo e que justiça, no fundo, era só uma questão de perspectiva. E, claro, ele odiava fanáticos. Especialmente os que achavam que podiam matar em nome de Deus.

Lucas já tinha enfrentado criminosos sádicos e esquemas complexos. Mas nada, absolutamente nada, o preparou para o jogo doentio que um assassino fanático estava prestes a colocar em ação. Um jogo mortal, pautado pelos Dez Mandamentos.

Os Primeiros Assassinatos

No início, os assassinatos pareciam desconexos. Uma mulher rica e influente, estrangulada em seu apartamento luxuoso. Sobre o corpo, uma nota rabiscada à mão dizia: "Não terás outros deuses diante de mim". A segunda vítima, um escultor renomado que criava imagens religiosas, foi encontrado em seu estúdio, com o crânio esmagado por um de seus próprios martelos de bronze. Ao lado, em tinta vermelha: "Não farás para ti imagem de escultura".

Esses dois casos foram ignorados pela alta cúpula da polícia. Para eles, não passavam de crimes esporádicos. Mas Lucas enxergou algo ali, um padrão. Ele apenas não sabia o quão fundo esse padrão ia até que o terceiro corpo apareceu.

O Terceiro Crime: Hugo Vasconcellos

Hugo Vasconcellos era um dos apresentadores mais famosos da televisão. Amado por uns, odiado por outros, Hugo tinha um jeito teatral e manipulador de falar de tragédias. Usava frases como "Que Deus nos ajude!" ou "Que Deus me perdoe!" com frequência, sempre para arrancar reações emotivas do público. E isso, para o assassino, foi o suficiente para assinar sua sentença de morte.

Hugo foi encontrado morto em seu camarim, degolado, com a frase "Não tomarás o nome do Senhor teu Deus em vão" escrita em sangue na parede. Agora, não havia mais como ignorar. Alguém estava matando em nome dos Dez Mandamentos.

"Esse desgraçado está montando seu próprio show bíblico, e nós somos a plateia", disse Lucas ao examinar a cena do crime. Ele sabia que estava lidando com algo maior do que apenas um lunático qualquer. "E aposto que ele quer que a gente fique assistindo enquanto ele segue com isso."

O Assassino: Gabriel Santini

Por trás dos assassinatos estava Gabriel Santini, um homem cuja aparência não denunciava sua natureza sombria. Era educado, calmo e sempre sorridente. Professor de filosofia cristã, Gabriel era o tipo de pessoa que sabia usar as palavras certas para atrair a confiança dos outros. Seus alunos o idolatravam, seus colegas o respeitavam. Mas em sua mente distorcida, Gabriel acreditava ser um profeta escolhido por Deus para trazer Sua ira à Terra. E para ele, essa missão precisava ser pública. Ele não queria apenas matar em nome de Deus; queria que todos soubessem que era a ira divina em ação.

Seus assassinatos não eram apenas punições. Eram espetáculos. Cada crime era meticulosamente planejado para garantir que fosse noticiado, para garantir que o público soubesse que Deus estava julgando. Gabriel se alimentava da mídia, da atenção. Quanto mais as manchetes cresciam, mais ele se sentia justificado em sua "missão".

O Jogo de Gato e Rato

Lucas, com seu instinto aguçado, percebeu o padrão religioso. Cada morte seguia a ordem dos mandamentos, e isso tornava o assassino previsível em certo nível. Isso podia ser qualquer pessoa — um empresário que trabalhava demais, uma enfermeira de plantão, um funcionário de restaurante, ou até alguém indo às compras no shopping. Literalmente milhões de pessoas violavam esse mandamento todos os dias. E Gabriel sabia disso. Ele estava tornando a caça impossível.

"O cara é esperto", murmurou Lucas, enquanto fumava do lado de fora da delegacia. "Ele sabe que a gente não consegue prever quem é o alvo agora. No sábado, qualquer um pode ser culpado."

Enquanto a equipe da polícia se debatia, tentando encontrar uma conexão entre possíveis vítimas, Gabriel já estava alguns passos à frente. Ele havia escolhido seu próximo alvo — um empresário de alto escalão, dono de uma cadeia de lojas que funcionavam sete dias por semana. Para Gabriel, ele era o exemplo perfeito de alguém que havia desprezado o descanso sagrado.

A Mídia e a Ira de Deus

Mas Gabriel não era apenas meticuloso nos assassinatos. Ele estava desesperado para ser visto, para que o mundo o reconhecesse como o executor da ira de Deus. Após cada assassinato, ele se certificava de que as mensagens deixadas se tornassem virais. Ele ligava anonimamente para repórteres, enviava dicas de onde o próximo "milagre" poderia acontecer. Tudo para garantir que a mídia estivesse de olho, que as câmeras registrassem sua obra.

Lucas sabia que estava lidando com um assassino obcecado pela atenção. "Esse cara não quer só matar. Ele quer a audiência. Quer que todos vejam os mandamentos sendo quebrados e restaurados à força. Está tão sedento de fama quanto qualquer celebridade de TV."

O detetive sabia que Gabriel queria ser visto como o porta-voz de Deus, alguém que acreditava ser necessário para "corrigir" o mundo moderno. Mas para Lucas, tudo aquilo era uma fachada para o ego inflado de um psicopata.

O Sábado Sangrento

Na sexta-feira à noite, Lucas e sua equipe estavam a postos, tentando antecipar o próximo ataque. Eles monitoraram pessoas públicas que trabalhavam aos sábados, patrulharam shoppings, restaurantes e empresas. Mas Gabriel era esperto, e seu alvo estava escondido à vista de todos.

Na manhã de sábado, o corpo de Henrique Tavares, o empresário, foi encontrado em seu escritório. Ele trabalhava nos detalhes finais de uma nova loja que abriria em pleno sábado quando Gabriel o apunhalou no peito. Sobre a mesa, uma nova mensagem: "Lembra-te do dia de sábado, para o santificar."

O golpe do assassino havia sido perfeito. No caos da rotina moderna, Henrique parecia apenas mais uma vítima do sistema. E Lucas sabia que Gabriel havia vencido essa rodada.

O Confronto Final

Agora que a morte do empresário havia confirmado que o padrão continuava, Lucas percebeu que Gabriel estava se preparando para algo ainda maior. Ele já tinha cumprido quase metade dos mandamentos. O próximo seria alguém que havia desonrado pai e mãe. E Lucas estava pronto.

Ele localizou Gabriel na casa de um político corrupto, que havia sido exposto por explorar a própria família para ganhar poder. Mas Lucas não chegou a tempo de impedir que Gabriel tentasse fazer justiça com as próprias mãos. Em um confronto no escuro, Lucas apontou sua arma para o assassino.

"Gabriel, acabou. O show acabou", disse Lucas, firme, enquanto seu cabelo balançava com o vento da madrugada. "Se Deus estivesse de verdade nessa sua missão, Ele teria te dado um sinal antes de eu encher você de chumbo."

Gabriel, calmo e com o mesmo sorriso sereno, não demonstrou medo. "Você não entende, detetive. Eu sou a voz de Deus. E você... é apenas outro pecador."

"Bom, se eu sou o pecador, é melhor você se preparar para o inferno", respondeu Lucas, sarcástico, enquanto o prendia.

Epílogo

Gabriel foi preso, mas suas palavras, como o fogo da obsessão, continuaram a ecoar nas mentes da mídia. Ele havia conseguido a fama que tanto buscava, mas Lucas sabia que aquilo não era vitória. Era apenas a demonstração do quanto as pessoas estavam dispostas a matar — e morrer — por suas crenças distorcidas.

Enquanto o caso fechava, Lucas olhou para o céu, acendeu um último cigarro e murmurou, com um sorriso irônico: "Se Deus quiser me julgar depois disso tudo, que Ele esteja preparado para ouvir algumas verdades."

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO * Abril 10, 2024. ) Apro Aunque Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo lo negó durante el debate presidencial del pasado 8 de abril, su abuela, su madre y dos tías sí crearon una sociedad de papel en el paraíso fiscal de las Islas Vírgenes Británicas: lo hicieron el 1 de marzo de 1990, a través de la firma Citco, especializada en administrar las fortunas de sus clientes. Algunos de los documentos relativos a esta compañía, incluyendo su acta constitutiva, aparecen entre los millones de correos y archivos internos del despacho panameño Mossack Fonseca, que fueron revelados por la investigación internacional Panama Papers, coordinada por el Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas de Investigación (ICIJ). De acuerdo con el acta constitutiva de la compañía, su accionista principal en su fundación era Mati Cemo de Pardo, la abuela de Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, quien tenía 25 mil acciones. Las 25 mil restantes se repartieron entre sus tres hijas: Annie Pardo, la madre de la candidata presidencial, recibió 8 mil 500 acciones; su hermana Esther obtuvo 8 mil 500, y Sally Jacqueline tuvo 8 mil acciones. Artist Research - Bruno Metra and Laurence Jeanson

I was researching artists that have used body dysmorphia as a focal point in their art work and found an exhibition in London’s Zebra One Gallery where 10 different artists were selected which explored themes relating to body dysmorphia .

Bruno Metra and Laurence Jeanson (collectively known as metra-johnson) cut out heavily stylised facial features from adverts and taped them over models’ faces.

The gallery owner , Gabrielle Du Plooy, came up with the idea for the exhibition earlier this year and began approaching artists whose work she felt filled with the theme of the show.

Metra applies cut outs from magazines into portraits of models , appropriating them . Each model takes the place of another , transforming and becoming a work of art that makes us reflect on our own identity and how easily it can be manipulated.

I found Metra’s work really striking because of its disturbing nature. I thought it really conveyed the core elements of body dysmorphia, the constant dissatisfaction with one’s appearance and the confusion that comes with having a distorted and ever changing self image.

i recreated my own portraits as primary resources . On monday i stabled some acetate together and suspended it from the ceiling and i added some of my primary source photos to it . I want to recreate some of these again in the photography studio with a more clear background .

In Conclusion...

To conclude this blog on home birth, it is important to note, how vulnerable of a moment pregnancy, labor and birth are. In today’s society with our current healthcare system, the hospital is obviously an unsafe place for women. Since the beginning of time women have given birth at their place of comfort, that is until modern medicine became a huge advancement. Not only should birth be free, it should be a comfortable experience.

Statistics prove that giving birth at home is the safest way to have children. With less intervention, drugs, and unfamiliar people, birth can be an overall pleasant experience. Home birth allows women to be in control and be comfortable. Cost effectiveness is important, instead of giving a hospital our hard earned money, let’s save that and invest it into the babies.

Dos lanzadores que brillaron en el Estadual u18 de Sao Paulo

Fuente: Fed. Paulista La “maquinaria” paulista ya entró en acción en la categoría u18. Fue este fin de semana con el Campeonato Estadual de dicha categoría, en Sao Paulo, que tuvo dos valores notables en el sector de lanzamientos: Alberto Rodrigues dos Santos Filho y Samanta Santos da Silva Lopes. Alberto –quien viene de lograr la medalla de oro del lanzamiento de bala en el Sudamericano u20 de Bogotá- ahora alcanzó 19.39 metros con el implemento de 5 kg. y también ganó en disco con 56.12. Alessandro Borges Amaro también se lució como escolta con 18.80 y 48.33 respectivamente. En damas, Samanta ganó ambas pruebas con 15.17 en bala y 47.00 en disco. Entre los velocistas los mejores fueron Joao Victor Santini (ganador de los 100 metros con 10.93), Leonardo Rodrigues Abarbo (su escolta con 10.95 y vencedor en 200 con 2.00) y Gabriel de Paula Sena (49.37 en 400), mientras que Graziella Camilly V. Sena se impuso en el hectómetro femenino con 12.09w. Otros buenos valores en pista fueron el mediofondista Vinicius Moraes Costa al ganar en 800 (1:53.79) y 1.500 y Victor Elias Lino Chaves, que se llevó las pruebas de vallas con 13.85 sobre 110 metros y 52.95 en 400. También hubo marcas importantes en los 100 metros vallas para damas, ganados por Pietra Campbell Simoes con 13.67, tras marcar una centésima menos en las eliminatorias.
